Please review before booking any Yatra or tour package.

Cancellation Policy

Registration charges are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Cancellation within 7 days of the trip start date: 100% of the package amount charged.
Cancellation 15 days before the start date: 50% of the package amount charged.
Cancellation 30 days before the start date: 25% of the package amount charged.
In case of unforeseen weather or government restrictions, some activities may be cancelled with no refund; we will try our best to arrange a feasible alternative.
Any credit shell issued can be used for another trip within 365 days of issue, for the same number of persons.

Terms & Conditions

Full payment must be made before 7 days of the trip start; pending payments may lead to cancellation of the trip.
Transportation is provided as per the itinerary and will not be at disposal (AC will not work on hill routes).
Package rates are subject to change without prior notice due to Force Majeure events, strikes, weather conditions, traffic problems, hotel/flight overbooking or rerouting, entry restrictions, etc.
The company may cancel bookings even after payment acceptance without assigning a reason, in which case the full amount will be refunded to the guest.
Registration once booked cannot be cancelled, transferred or exchanged.
Travellers are solely responsible for their luggage, belongings, and any mishap, theft, loss, injury or unlawful activity during the tour.
Departure times are fixed — travellers must keep the trip manager updated on their status. Anyone missing the bus is not eligible for a refund.
Drinking or smoking is not permitted in the vehicle; misbehaviour may lead to cancellation of the traveller's trip on the spot.
Amarnath Yatra Company reserves the right to photograph trip participants for promotional purposes; guests who prefer otherwise should inform the tour leader at the start of the trip.
